We are Rhythm Time in Coventry, Rugby and the surrounding area- award-winning, fun & developmental music classes for babies, toddlers & pre-schoolers.

Many young children, babies and their adults already enjoy our classes across the local area, and we now have an exciting opportunity for a lively, enthusiastic and energetic person to join our team as a Class Leader.

These is a brilliant opportunity for the right person and there will be potential for more classes to open as demand increases, as well as the possibility to become a party host and/or run sessions in nurseries.

Full training will take place alongside class experience, so you'll get a great understanding of how our classes are run to our high-quality standards.

You'll be provided with:

• A full kit of instruments & props
• Detailed lesson plans
• Initial and ongoing training via video and in person coaching, plus ongoing termly training

• The rate of pay during training is £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay. Our classes are 30 minutes long.

• Good singing voice
• Have your own transport with good boot space!
• Personable and confident
• Energetic, lively and enthusiastic- our classes are fast paced and active!
• Space to store the kit of instruments and props at home
• Good organisational and admin skills
• Available to work initially 2 or 3 days a week (days to be confirmed but some flexibility is required as these hours may increase in the future).  Rhythm Time parties may also be required on occasional weekends. 
• Flexible to work increased hours in the future as our classes expand.
