## Here's how it works

1\. Complete the short form below.  
2\. Go to our [website](https://www.rhythmtime.net/location-finder?hsLang=en)and sign up for your nearest award-winning classes - you'll need to be a BRAND NEW customer to Rhythm Time and not have attended our classes before.  
3\. After attending at least 4 classes, you'll get your reward (normally a £5 credit to your account but rewards vary by region).  
4\. Don't forget to tell us your friend's name and class so that they can be rewarded too!
